I've recently become a big supporter of Kira/Conner. They definitely got off to a rocky start; Conner's frustrating chauvenism rubbing the liberated Kira the wrong way. But with time and service as Power Rangers, Kira and Conner formed a bond stronger than I would've expected. Kira respects Conner's honesty, even if he hasn't quite learned tact. And Conner has come to see Kira as more than just another "chick," but as a talented musician and trusted friend. Plus, he seemed quite protective of Kira when the truth about Trent came to light... so perhaps that can be construed as affection a little deeper than friendship?
