Rita Repulsa and Lord Zedd certainly have a unique relationship. At first, great animosity hung between them, as Zedd sneered upon his bumbling servant and condemned her to the infamous dumpster. Never the one to just roll over and accept defeat, the squealing witch got her revenge! She escaped from the dumpster, and had loyal Finster whip up a potion to make Zedd fall madly in love with her. But as it turns out, somewhere along the line Zedd really did fall in love with Rita. Don't ask me when, but it was definitely before The Potion Notion, where Goldar administered the antidote. And while Rita was initially just using Zedd to get power, at some point she came to have feelings for him as well. Rita and Zedd remained an affectionate but oft-bickering couple throughout Zeo, and even appeared together in the Turbo film. Their final appearance was in Countdown to Destruction, when Zordon's energy purged them of evil. After they were cleansed, they were transformed into their natural humanoid forms. Smiling with excitement, they gazed around in awe... until their eyes met. Suddenly, they were swept away in a tango! This is one marriage that went through plenty of hard times, and survived nonetheless.
